DESCRIPTION: 

 

Pale yellow solid. Cell permeable acetoxymethyl ester (AM) derivative of FIP18 with spectral properties similar to the parent compound. A ratiometric dye with the same fluorescent properties and similar applications as Indo-1, but selectively monitors near membrane Ca2+ and has low Ca2+ affinity.
